Claiming something is "obvious" doesn't exclude you from still bringing forth arguments and evidence explaining why it is indeed more likely life, the universe and everything is designed.

And that I hear very little of... in fact, as far as I can tell nearly all arguments and evidences that claim design, are arguments from complexity or arguments from fine-tuning".
In my opinion they always seem to fall under "arguments from personal incredulity/ignorance".

Only a fool says there is no God. Again, the Big Bang Theory of evolution creation is really far fetch and I would stay away from this theory and follow God, the creator of everything. Look around and you will see that our creator God had a masterpiece plan for him and us.
