As we all know, toothpaste can whiten everything except teeth.

As a professional shoe cleaner, toothpaste is a quick cleaning solution but it will ultimately turn the rubber portions of your shoes yellow as time goes on. We recommend using nail polish remover (or acetone) applied to a cottonball instead. They are much more effective and thorough at removing those stains. Use it only on the outsole/rubber portions of the shoe as this will damage any fabric it touches.

Baking soda and vinegar is the greatest universal cleaner ever. I just used the combo this weekend to clean a ton of rust off my grill in the backyard, now it looks good as new lol

I'd take any old toothbrush, take some lukewarm water in a bowl, take a bar of any detergent soap and firstly use my toothbrush on that bar of soap then slightly dip it in the water bowl and then start brushing throughout... After I'm done putting it everywhere, i keep them for 30-45 minutes and then pour fresh lukewarm water on them while using the same toothbrush after cleaning it and then just leave them to get dry... Has always worked for me for the past 6-7 years and i am currently 20 years old. Let me know if i am doing anything wrong😅 and sorry for my poor English 😅🙏

1. Non-gel white toothpaste and old toothbrush. Leave on 10-15 mins and then wipe toothpaste off. Also repeat if necessary.

2. Baking Soda
1Tbsp of hot water
1Tbsp of white vinegar
1 Tbsp of baking soda
Next, mix until paste forms (use video as reference for paste consistency) then grab your toothpaste and get to brushing.
After coating the shoes and laces leave them in the shade to dry.
After a few hours, just slap your shoes together till the dry paste comes off.
Voila!

3. If you want to use bleach:
Dilute bleach to 1 part bleach 5 parts Water

I use toothpaste, then soak in a bucket of water, laundry detergent and oxyclean/baking soda. I scrub with toothpaste 3x with 30 minutes of soak time in between then finish with a soak for 4 hours. Then I let it air dry outside under some shade.

Hello Daniel, Thanks for this video, I just tried the baking soda+White vinegar+warm water and didn't like it. 1 shoe wasn't cleaned for comparison. The one that had the paste applied on was left to dry for about 4 hours. My first problem is that you have to bang these shoes against each others so hard and for so long to remove the dried paste that I am sure it has to affect the glue inside the shoes even if nothing seems damaged. Then no matter what, upon close inspection there is still paste left here and there. About cleaning, I would say at most that 70% of the shoe got cleaned but certainly not all of it. I will try toothpaste next and if that fails too, I will try one of your sponsored product on Amazon. Thxs again

For White Leather or White faux leather shoes :--
1) Use sponge or try clean cloth to get rid of dust from the shoes.
2) Use Eraser to remove tough stains.
3) Use another separate sponge or dry clean cloth to get rid off eraser residue.
This works for me fine. If you want to bring the shine, then during Step 2) use Colin cleanser spray to spray on shoe and then use eraser to remove stains. It will 100% bring the shine back to your white shoe. THE GOAL IS TO USE NO WATER ON THESE TYPE OF SHOES, as it would deteriorate the quality of your shoes.

If your shoes are new these steps will be fine enough. But if they are old, you can use apply shoe cream at the end of step 3).


For White cloth shoes :-

You can follow the above video or simply wash your shoes properly with good quality detergent.
