So. I’m only 13 here and I’m not allowed to use weights at all of course, what sort of workouts would you recommend to get more fit and more muscle(I’m quite overweight). I’m not sure how to workout but I use a wide variety of weight based machines at my local gym. For those who dont know, no amount of bone smashing or mewing is gonna change your jawline. William is incredibly lean, which means his jawline is very visible. These social media jawline techniques simply dont work. The only way to "fix" your jawline is by getting surgery, which just isnt worth it man.
