But Michael let his body dysmorphia take over. Even the 2nd rhinoplasty was a great revision result, as seen on Michael's Thriller album, but once he got that 3rd rhinoplasty for the Thriller music video it started giving him breathing issues and structure problems and there was no going back after that

You have to question the ethics of the surgeons. There has to come a point where they say 'this can't be done, you will compromise your breathing etc'. Too many were after money and status to actually care about MJ's welfare. He clearly had a form of dysmorphia/perfectionism that surgeries were never going to cure. In any case, whatever MJ did to his face and body, he still remained an incredible human being.

I related so much to him as far as being insecure, and having a domineering father. It made me look at him differently than recognizing the outside appearance. The world is so cruel.
