Speaking of red light therapy for hair…….in 2020 I was diagnosed with lichen planus pilaris. My body was attacking and killing my hair follicles. I went to a specialist who told me my hair would not grow back. I read up on it and she was right. I got depressed. I was put on meds for my head. I started researching red light caps. Expensive. I bought one. Two years later…….i have new hair growth! My Dr. was so happy that she now prescribes the cap for other patients with the same condition.
I also use red light on my face. Every night I light up the room with my cap and face mask. 😂

I love Jamie Lee Curtis, she's awesome, and the way she chose (not getting cosmetic procedures) actually helps her to get roles. Because movies need actresses who are in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond, to play characters their age. If you need someone to portray Dorothy from Small Town Iowa, who is 64 and spent her whole life on a farm, you don't want a face full of fillers.
