The older I get the more I realize just how lucky and blessed I am to have a body beautiful and strong. I was always arrogant and thought so highly of myself, now I realize health is such a gift and one should never take pride in themselves only be grateful.

Yes, this is something I'm trying to make better. Eating later at night and going to bed with a full stomach. Trying to change that for the better as I totally agree that going to bed with a lighter stomach is much better for the health.
