A Reasonable Apple Ecosystem for 2024

Apple is still the king when it comes to integration of software and hardware. All of their devices work seamlessly together and form this elusive "ecosystem".

I've been an Apple user now for many years after finally giving up on Android, getting back into laptops, desktops, phones, watches and more from Apple. I am happy with the status of my hardware at the moment and have been making small incremental upgrades over the years to keep my devices from being too far out of date.

I definitely don't have the top of the line, or most expensive specs that Apple produces, but I find that this setup would be reasonable for most people to achieve.

These devices help me get more done, form healthier habits, keep in touch with family and friends and even produce these YouTube videos.

So buckle in and check out my apple ecosystem to find out nearly everything that I am currently using from Cupertino's best.

Bill, just subscribed. As a fellow YouTuber (My Retired Life In Japan), I find your reviews and commentaries honest / un-hyped refreshing. So many common likes. Dogs, Tech, Photography, watches. I moved to Japan after 41 years in tech industry. Looking to upgrade my Mac Mini M1 so I can resume my channel without frustrations. Looking at MacStudio Max 2. Not sure if Waiting for a M3 max Studio will happen by July???Also just upgraded my photography to Fuji GFX ( 2 weeks ago). I’m not sure why no one else reviewed Keyboard with Touch ID. I enjoy it on Macbook Pro M1, didn’t know it was an available accessory. I get tired of wearing my Apple Watch all the time. Nice to just touch. Thanks for info. Will continue to follow. Cheers!

Cool setup. I have 14 pro max 256gb, M2 ipad pro 11 inch 1tb with cellular, apple pencil 2, magic keyboard, apple watch series 9 45mm gps only, 2 airpod pro 2s, and a few airtags. I’ve never owned any sort of mac. I’m still a windows guy.

Thanks for sharing your setup. Mine is similar but there are some differences: M1 Studio Max, M1 Pro MBP Pro 14, iPhone 14, iPad Mini 6, iPad 10, Apple watch Series 9 45mm (no cell), and Magic Keyboard with numpad. I put this together over the last few years and there have been a couple of upgrades along the way. I've very happy with what I have now, but who knows what's around the corner.

Great video! iPad mini definitely for the win. Been using my space gray with cellular model since the launch of the 6th gen. I’ve owned almost every mini since the original and I can say without a doubt this is the best iPad mini they have ever made. I absolutely love this thing and I take it almost everywhere I go. I even have a mount for it in my car and since it’s the cellular one I use it as a GPS. With split screen multitasking I can have my music open and my maps app open while I’m driving. Enjoyed this video and I’ll definitely be checking out your channel!

Nice setup! Mine is 14PM 256gb, iPad Pro m2 11” 256gb with pencil n Magic Keyboard, AirPod 3gen (don’t like the silicone tips hurts my small ears), Apple Watch SE 2, MacBook Pro M2 PRO base model 16GB 512SSD. GAVE MY MACBOOK Air M1 to husband.
