Just found your channel brother, Subscribed, been on the journey for 5 years now, have respectfully beat 3 police officers for speeding, no plates, etc etc, TODAY was different I was in a small hillbilly no melanin town of rednecks.

I got a citation for no plates again but different county I haven’t been in.. the older officer had NO DEFENSE just a silly citation, which isn’t valid as you know, I used all Supreme Court cases, you know Marbury V Madison - Owen V city of independence, Shapiro V Thompson etc etc,

for my defense, the cop was caught off guard with my use of lawyer talk, my demure was denied, the judge was playing on his phone, (kept me for last as usual) and told me to hurry up because this isn’t a court of record, when I finished moments later, he said ya ya so the ticket is now this much, 120$ and said when can you pay it, I said this whole case is Going appeals, my friend who is a very respectful sovereign with no loss and many victories told the judge he’ll be hearing from us, anyways, my team wants to file a law suit on this judge, thoughts?

When an officer is pulling someone using their red and blue flashers....
When the cop approaches.... Is it unreasonable to ask the officer "What is the emergency and how can I help?"

This would put onto the record the fact that the officer has performed a fraudulent use of emergency equipment in an effort to gain evidence against the traveller from the traveller - Hence 42 U.S. Code § 1983.Civil action for deprivation of rights and all that follows there....?

Since officers are always so Would it not be unwise to determine what the officer believes and why? Using ethics and reason, plus a little law....
Or is it better to believe that when you are pulled you have no rights because you signed up for the driver's license and now the cops get to have their way with you for about 20 minutes


And what about what I read it in Hale vs Henkel?
The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited.
He owes no duty to the State or to his neighbors to divulge his business, or to open his doors to an investigation, so far as it may tend to criminate him. He owes no such duty to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom beyond the protection of his life and property. His rights are such as existed by the law of the land long antecedent to the organization of the State, and can only be taken from him by due process of law, and in accordance with the Constitution. Among his rights are a refusal to incriminate himself and the immunity of himself and his property from arrest or seizure except under a warrant of the law. He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights.


Does this not include assisting them in handing them any license, registration or proof of insurance?


Plus:
If a traveller begins recording a traffic stop either audio or video or Would then 18 U.S. Code § 1512.Tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant apply if the officer attempts to stop the recording(s)? Then §1983 applies?

Great Video and Informational Video thanks very much... I'm a subscriber to the Channel now. My wife and I are from Harlem NYC. moved to Colorado a couple years ago to a nice neighborhood in Northern Denver, CO. Suburbs. We currently live on the corner of a very wide open busy street that often gives the motorist the free irresponsible high-speed driving habits. A few blocks a car lost control of their vehicle and ran through a homeowner fence and mashed their car into the side of the homeowner's house. I've noticed in other parts of my same neighborhood the City has speed bumps called "Traffic Calming Section" that works well. Of course, I don't want the same to happen to my home or my investment.

I have tried to submit a case but reject due to inefficient evidence of speeds. Justified as 10-12 over the speed limit that didn't render installation of "Traffic Calming Section" I was told by the Engineering Department that is not an average high number of speeds to warrant a work order to have "Traffic Calming Section" Installed.

Now, I have reached out to the Police Commander which I have his full agreement and understanding tells me what I am requesting is not unreasonable... PC told The Police is under staff but making necessary moves to increase patrolmen on the streets of our small city of a 6 Mile Radius. The City Mayor that my taxes pay their income. Any suggestions besides attend a City Council Meetings. The reason why I ask; We're the World is facing lockdowns by the COVID-19 but governments are still working from home and monitoring the City remotely.

Cars' exhaust systems are very loud and some of us wake up extra early for work. Often racing down the streets at high speeds. We feel higher speeds generate RPMs that initially create louder vehicle exhaust causing our peace to be disturbed. Any suggestions on how I can counter-attack the City lack of Governing the City as Civil Servant... Thanks in advance...

We tried to go after the officers in there personal capacity, , all the way to federal court , ,but the county chose to represent them ..when we asked the insurance company why, , they said the county can choose to represent them if they want..long story short, the county attorney got all our claims dismissed

You can sue police in Small claims... if you have a case that you can prove rights messed with likely they will move it to state .... I currently started my claim last week this officer played law marker and wrote me for things not in current law .

Based on your comments, why is it that officers can be fired for acting beyond or contradictory to policy but then not be punished legally? How can a DA not be as a responsibility and working under trust of citizen be compelled to prosecute law enforcement as in the officer along with the training officer, supervisor staff and the union officials who sign off on the policies and training?
