I really need help on a monster coupon 2 3/4 tig 6g position 7018 fill and cap. I don’t know what it is but the puddle is so hard to manipulate in this position. Can you please do a detailed video on this test? They call it the common arc test. Especially need some tips on the cap no more than 1/8in.
Love your videos always learning a ton and the arc shots are incredible! It’s also hard to walk the cup in that position too atleast it is for me but I’ve practiced freehand

Sim mestre observei que é dessa forma que se trabalha o material de adição sendo aplicado na parte superior do tubo e a tocha principalmente em sintonia no grau certo com tungstênio para depositar o material controlando a gravidade porque na horizontal ela é constante dá raíz ao acabamento obrigado pela orientação 🙏

I would have used a EB Insert in the gap fused root pass by just torch only before using filler rod. High duty pipe welding for steam pipes.
