Setting up auto translation to multiple languages in channels with smoogle translate discord bot

I tried to get smoogle premium and paid twice, thinking something went wrong with the initial transaction, but both times I did not get any access to any premium service and can not use tr?autoall only the free features. Paypay is disputing the charges with Agile Bloom LLC and told me they have had a lot of complaints from customers attempting to get the premium service. They have no support and can only file a ticket with a bot that doesn't answer.

Ive seen where the translation looks transparent. The channels dont show the bot info, but still translates. How is this done?
