It all depends on working type moments and seasons. To be healthy equations are technically individual since lot goes into who what when why where and how. Everything is involved in health equestions everything. But yes I also stopped eating before bed as for big meals or pizzas ouch and only tiniest bread crackers maybe like or one two chips and water to have no meat or big meals like 5 hrs I feel for me not to eat so I get good rest with no digestion getting in my sleep I let my body and brain mind rest and re-energize to wake up rested and eager to eat smaller portions throughout the day and chew as much as one can mulch as much to lengthen the mulching of food to help in processing of in stomach at 100% energy needed not into i feel crappy from overfill ing for nothing really. Get full taste out from food and all that effect is prolonged into eat right portions not more for just to stretch stomach. Instead right amount to feel good and overal health feel good energy consumption needed for various moments. Anyways that's all its gone get complicated, lol if I write more. Take care of your health everyone and 🌞 will fill in you and don't forget to exercise and thats also individual equestions worked in to answers of it all.

soooo simple... no eating after and no later than 6:30 PM and walk after your meal (smaller)
