Geez. Until this day it doesn’t appear Twin Rivers Unified School District cares much about their students with special needs either. How sad! This district hasn’t changed much for the better. .

This keeps happening. The school system needs to take a hard look at their procedures. Start firing these people and parents need to start suing or call CPS. About time CPS start doing their jobs and going after people who keep screwing this easy stuff up.
