Here is a good tip for pre-production:
Plan the story backwards
Plan the plottwists in the beginning

6:30 - "You have to create the movements of each character frame by frame..." This statement is not true. Most animators who don't use mocap will keypose. Even 2D software allows for keyposing nowadays. This is especially true for 3D as motion is calculated between poses. A single walk cycle could be 32 frames in lenth but then animator often need only to provide 6 or 8 key poses to complete the process. You don't even have to bake the motion.

Inspiration Tuts you're incredible! 😎😀Neat video, and i love how you ended this educational thing with a clips from the Azureus Rising fanfilm and proof of concept in this 3D animation video. always loved those guys and i wished them luck in developing their Azureus concept and getting it made. Its been a few years but yet still, i hoped they'd at least gotten their project off the ground at the very least had Hollywood knocking on their door by now! Wonder if you'll do a video about publishing one's work as a movie or videogame if its self created and for those of us to make money from creator owned I.P.'s once they become established as it were? Just my two cents dude. Anyways, as always i wish you the very best in your endevours!

My humble request is, please make a series of movie making. If possible, please make a tutorial, how to make a character and save or render it, then how to make a simple scene and then place the character in the scene.
