Hey guys and welcome to a new video! Today we are making beautiful Eggs Benedict with a fantasic Hollandaise sauce! Its a super way to start in your day!
► For 4 Servings:
Hollandaise Sauce:
- 250g Butter
- 4 Eggyolk
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt, Pepper
- 4 Eggs , Vinegar for the Water
- 4 English Muffins/Brioche Buns
- 8 Slices of Ham/Bacon
- freshly chopped chieves
