I don't want to lie I'm huge fan of the man, I found his content years ago while researching super soldiers and also what I call captain America program then he popped up 🤔

I think he got a shot or something like that, that strengthened his tendons and maybe also his cardiovascular system.. coz I tried his routines and the first thing that complained was my heart and I was out of breath before I got muscle fatigue 🤔🤔

What did the US military give this man and I know there are many other soldiers like him I think they got orders to lay low and used diamond Ott as show off🤔

The man literally has no pipe lines on his muscles, and also his not as big as Mr Olympia or any body builder and especially strong men contenders but he is as strong and also has a stronger cardiovascular system than these group of men 🤔😎
