Incredibly inspirational. I'm a former US Marine - 65 yrs old - quit smoking 2 years ago after a massive heart attack (quadruple bypass surgery) and diabetes almost killed me. I take a lot of meds now and basically just hang on every day. But this video has motivated me to 'find my switch' again. I would rather die having fun and being fit than live being sad and sick. I'm heading to the gym right now and am going to push (reasonably but purposefully) every day. Thanks guys!!!!

Slidis was the reason I started doing calisthenics. I was amazed by the sheer amount of weight he was able to dip, and I started training my dips with two chairs at home. And now I just recently hit 50kg × 5 at 16. Slidis is truly an inspiration among the Greek fitness community and he has motivated many young men like me to switch our mode on.

Damn that guy is strong!
I'm 13 and the gym at my place is 18+ only, so i cant go there. I started by trying to do pushups, took me a week to get my first one. i got really inspired by watching browney's videos. Now, i can do 40 consecutive pushups, 12 consecutive pullups and i just learnt the L-sit.
Thanks for the inspiration sir, i wont let you down.

I'm a medical student, and there's no gym around my college and I barely get time my whole day flew by in hospital but I'm really inspired when I see you guys doing calisthenics at home I try to do home workouts after I watched your videos !
