I feel like there's no excuse for sub par build quality when there are modern economy cars that exhibit better build quality. $100, 000 is entirely ridiculous for grab handles that flex.

As a car interior nut who’s owned german and japanese luxury vehicles (new) and a jeep, the build quality is Good, the materials are cheap and do not clean up well or easily. Nothing rattles inside even tho i off road very frequently. Everything is solid where you touch.

That crappy, flimsy plastic along the top of the windshield is prevalent on the older JLs, too. The JK had a much more solid, stronger plastic.

Within reason interior plastic pieces are loose by design because if they were super tight youd get more rubbing type noises.

You can find a used tj out there and have a shop build the whole thing out with an ls swap and you would be half the cost and have something awesome... if your handy you can do it yourself for 25...
