As my experience in hyd ring road. It's absolutely not a mistake from XUV.. infront car was slowing down suddenly so to avoid accedent he lost control if we observe clearly XUV take u turn of the front car. Some un knowledge drivers(front car driver) don't know how to drive in express ways.

The Xuv driver wanted to show that he was the bosd & didn't want to tail the car in front, so he executed a bike like overtake manoeuvre ... without understanding physics....serves him right.
