Also running for more than a week now. Better and more logical UI for sure. I also have the feeling it reacts faster ... not sure if that's true. Still no mDNS fix though ... The pause buttons to disable firewall rules is a simple but so huge improvement. Should have been there from the start ;). The unifi OS EA 1.11.1 was not a big success. Many Home Assistant integrations did not work anymore so I rolled back very fast!

Great video 👍 loads of good stuff in this update, it may be time to update VLAN configuration video and you might consider just using dark mode all the time, keep your eyes from burning up.

WiFi Clients and Most Active Clients is a welcome update to the new single pane of glass interface on the UDMP. The only bug I found so far is the wireless meshing being on by default. I guess I can see why it's on by default but when all your AP's are wired you have to remember to go in and switch it off.

I plan to get this to feed internet to a small apartment complex, is it possible to limit bandwidth per vlan or similar?

You have interesting topics, but most of your videos consist of reading word for word what is on the screen. It might be helpful to explain what some of the settings mean/what they do because not everyone will know what some of the more obscure settings do.

Would anyone know if the UDM Pro has DNS Prefix capabilities? Installed one for a client, setup the VPN but noticed when they try to connect to a server or drive via name, it fails. You can enter the FQDN and it works fine but wish it had the DNS prefix option.

Can anyone help me configure DNS across networks? I used to be able to connect to devices across networks using hostname. For some reason I can only connect using IP across networks.

I'm glad they got rid of that network isolation section under networks and put back the settings more like before eg. create VLAN only network option

Can you update the guide related to VPN? They have a full VPN section now that doesn’t create its own network anymore. I want to know about setting up the firewall rules for this new shadow network.

My fibre isp only allows dhcp connections. I have a /29 block of ips delivered over the main ip as an add on. I havent been able to reroute these ips to their intended web or video server isolated from my work place as this is not permitted by my udm pro. Has this changed with this update? I have tried using the ips implicit in the dhcp connection which worked fine till the isp changed the connection as aa result of a bandwith upgrade - id prefer not to rely on chance that i was about when this happens as i have 6 staff working on my online business headed by my wife. Any suggestions? Paul Australia
