Russia hosted this year's BRICS summit and India and China once again refused to repeat or endorse any of Russia's lies about their war in Ukraine and instead implored Putin to deescalate the situation and focus on Russia's economic issues. NATO and the US has finally acknowledged the presence of North Korea troops in Russia and refuses to say what their response will be at this time.
