If anyone reading this is going to France, you might be interested to learn that Avene products are about 1/3 the price there. We got the $80 serum mentioned (different name, same ingredients) for less than $30 at City Pharma in Paris. Stock up and you offset the cost of your trip!

I've been using the Acure radically rejuvinating overnight bakuchiol treatment which I believe is 2% and quite affordable. They also have a bakuchiol serum.

I have been using both now for the last six or so weeks, after watching your videos. The Avene products. The Retrinal for day and the Intensive at night. And… my skin has never looked better! Also since it’s winter, I top both off with the Avene Cicalfate. All amazing! Thank you!

Just bought the three ships one. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 that my sensitive skin will appreciate it. THANK YOU for telling us about this ingredient.

I'm with you on wanting to know percentages. For that reason I will try the Three Ships next. Currently using Beauty by Earth bakuchiol, which is okay but I have no idea what the strength is. Glad you made this video.

Bakuchiol sounds like way less hassle than retinol, I hope the research continues to be promising.

I recently ordered the Three Ships Skin Hero, and I really like it so far. It has literally no negative side effect on my skin, and feels lovely. I haven't used it long enough to evaluate any overall difference, but I am trying it on your recommendation, and love it so far!

I love learning from your Youtube Channel and love discovering new products! After experimenting, I've discovered I have very sensitive skin on my neck so I had to get creative. Therefore, I'm using a combo of Retinol/RetinAL & Bakuchiol products to avoid irritation. For my morning routine, like you, I do still use Tula Bakuchiol Eye Cream over my Vitamin C serum & then the Tula Wrinkle Treatment Drops with Bakuchiol on my face/neck. At night, I use Avene RetrinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream on my face but on my neck I must use something gentler like Olay Retinol MAX 24 or Versed Press Restart Gentle Retinol. These combos seem to combat redness and severe irritation that I'd rather live without since it took almost 1 month to completely heal. Not fun! but so thankful for your product advice.

I live beauty of joseon ginseng+retinal eye cream serum. It’s such a steal of a deal. 1oz in an airless pump tube for less than 10-20$ the ingredients list is something an American company would charge 100$+ for. Simply because of the retinaldahyde and other ingredients. I’ve used it for almost 6 months nightly with no irritation. And they list their %

I love the Burt's Bees bakuchiol moisturizing cream for Winter. It's a nice thick cream that dissolves into the skin nicely, plus it's quite inexpensive. I layer it both before and after my tretinoin every other night. The other nights I skip the tretinoin and just use the bakuchiol.

The other day I was getting a badge made for work and the man taking the photo said, "Ok, I have to ask you. This says you were born in X year. That can't be true!" I laughed and confirmed that it was. People in general are always surprised when they find out I retired 5 years ago (and recently decided to return to work).

I attribute it to sun protection since my teens, good sleep habits, drinking lots of water, red light therapy masks 2-3 times a week, every other night tret at strength .025% (lowest I could get), and bakuchiol regularly for about a year now. (Plus I'm on HRT, which really helps slow down the loss of collagen and bone.)

I have a few other things in my routine now and then, but this is all that's consistent and what I think makes the greatest difference. About to try microneedling soon.

So what would be the best moisturizer to pair with Paula’s choice? La Roche Posey? Also what is your vitamin c in the morning?

Paula's choice has done wonders for a fellow friend who had very deep wrinkles.

I’m surprised I don’t see more reviews on Sheaterra Organicals products. I use the kigelia and bakuchiol serum and camels milk face cream with bakuchiol and aha etc. The quality and consistency seems superior to any others I have tried. All natural. If you try them I would love to know what you think.

Dr. Dray says bakuchiol is not as good as retinol. It is REALLY confusing when the derms don't agree.

I’m currently using the Avene Bakuchiol in the morning and retinol at night and loving both of these products.

What about toner? I’m oily on my nose but everything else I’m dry in the winter time.
