If you're in your 40s or you're about to be, there are a few things you can do to take the best care of your skin. As a dermatologist, my patients in their 40s always ask about what skincare products and in-office treatments (like Botox, lasers, chemical peels, etc) I recommend. So in this video, I share my favorite anti-aging skincare products, treatments, and more.

It’s just so refreshing that your prequel line is affordable!! So many derms make lines that are super expensive and price gouging!!! Not only are yours affordable, they are amazing!!! ❤

Korean sunscreens changed my life! I’ve never liked the feel of sunscreen on my skin and how sticky it can get after application; Korean sunscreens apply like a dream and leave my skin feeling like…….skin. I’ve tried about 15 different Korean sunscreens and while there are some I prefer over others, I’d definitely use all of them.

My upper blepharoplasty made me look at least 5-7 years younger, and so so mild! Really recommend for hooded eyes.

I turned 40 and I'm doing everything mentioned here :)
I've been learning and building up to it for a few years and now my skin looks better than when I was 30.
I also got Panasonic Vitalift RF about a month ago and I'm getting incredible results.

I'm 66 and didn't start a retinol until I was 64. I'm astonished how my skin texture and tone has improved! I've even received unsolicited compliments from friends and family.🤩😌 Dr. Ellis is absolutely right! It's never too late to start.☮️💜

I was surprised microneedling wasn’t discussed. Can you please talk about that as well?

Please show/tell us how your makeup looks so good after slathering sunscreen? The challenge is not applying sunscreen, it is how to apply foundation afterwards.❤ Thank you!

This is so helpful and informative! I’ll be 41 in a few weeks and noticed a loss of volume and sagging in my facial skin seemingly overnight! I have only had Botox injected once and haven’t had any other cosmetic procedures, but I am very interested in sculptra for volume loss. I am terrified of filler. I see so many people with terrible results. 😬
