10 garlic cloves
1/3 cup lime
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
2 TBSP distilled white vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 TBSP coriander
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 TBSP allspice
3 tbsp unsalted butter

I don’t really eat meat because I am Mediterranean we mostly have cheese and veggie dishes made with olive oil. But being married to a Caribbean man, I love jerk chicken, oxtail and brown chicken stew. It’s the most delicious version of meat, Caribbean seasonings are the best.

Jerk Pork from a guy called Blakey in Tottenham is possibly the best food I've ever tasted.
