Next time try the Walker's Wood brand (it was next to the Grace on that shelf) and get the hot flavor again! Also add more when seasoning the chicken!! 👍🏾👍🏾 Glad you enjoyed it!! 🥰

I use that seasoning all the time. Its actually very hot. I let it marinate for 24 hours and then grill it. Sooo good

You should add that jerk rub and then your own salt, pepper, onions, garlic and blended up scotch bonnet pepper ❤

I would also add fresh finely chopped garlic, ground up pimento seed, ground up ginger, cumin, allspice, coriander, pepper flakes, cracked black pepper and a little bit of brown sugar!! Yum!! And you can also add these items into a sauce pan and add a little bit of honey, ketchup, soy sauce and a little brown sugar on medium heat. This comes out to be a great dipping sauce!!

next time, peel the skin, use browning sauce, fresh thyme or rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, dry jerk with wet jerk seasoning. authentic jamaican recipe

When seasoning if you pull the skin back to get the seasoning underneath it can penetrate the meat more. Grace brand is o.k., but Walkerswood is better. They also make a hot formula that is much more spicy, They can be dry seared on a rack under the broiler or in a toaster oven (my toaster oven is also an air fryer.)
