What did you think about The Last Jedi? And what were you favourite and least favourite moments?

6 things that gave away Luke was not really on Crate fighting Kylo Ren.

1. Luke had his old saber which was pulled apart earlier.
2. Luke had shorter hair.
3. Lukehad no gray in his beard.
4. Luke left no red scuff marks in the salt.
5. Luke had the same outfit on when he tried to kill Ben Solo while he slept.
6. Nothing could touch him directly.

Luke's final scene with the twin sunsets was truly moving

It's not a perfect movie, but I liked it better than The Force Awakens. I could have watched 2 hours and a half of just Rey, Luke and Kylo interacting with each other honestly. Their chemistry for me was the best part of the movie.

i honestly loved so many scenes, the one with silent explosion was really powerful, also all the Reylo conversations, really great :)

if i remember correctly, Luke is in fact NOT innteracting physically with anything on Crait, except the also force sensitive Leia! I believe to remember that he dodged every of Kylo Rens attacks apart from the last one that went straight through him. And I dont think that it was Kylos strike that killed him but rather his death resulting from him using his last energy to project himself to a place so distant and so convincingly that no one could call his ruse before he revealed it himself to Kylo.

To me when I saw the end of the Last Jedi it was a callback to A New Hope as Luke sees over horizon of the twin suns
bringing it full circle to A New Hope when we see Luke looking over the horizon of the sun on Tatooine.

I really liked it, but I disagree with how they killed some of the older characters, like admiral Ackbar. I would much rather see him do the suicide mission that Haldo did, would've been a much more honorable way to go out.

I love when Vice Admiral went straight at light speed to the ship and they cut the audio and all I can hear the whole theater The was awesome. Great Video!

I loved this movie, it reminded me of how I felt watching Empire Strikes Back in the theatre when I was younger. Can’t wait to see/hear what you have to say and see the easter eggs!

Rey and Kylo are 2 sides of a coin. The sequence with Rey and Kylo as they are using the force to pull Luke's saber towards one another and seeing them on the left and right sides represents the Dark and the Light side of the Force. This was a nod to when Obi Wan and Anakin force Push when they are in Mustafar.

I've seen the movie last night and I gotta say...I was both shocked and saddened after seeing it. The plot seemed alright but all the twists throughout the movie was really great. Seeing *spoiler* die on screen, it just punched me in my childhood so I was sitting after the credits in a state of shock, that is until I seen the in memoriam message and tha was the day...my childhood was shattered.

I enjoyed the movie but also left feeling a little let down. Snoke's character clearly displays all this power throughout the early parts of the movie even having the ability to throw Hux to the floor from across the galaxy but all we get out of him is a few cheap force abilities and no story at all. He died way too easily and I kept looking for him to put himself back together and fight Rey/Ren.

Luke and Rey's training consists of 3 lessons which last a about 10 seconds each. Her scene in the cave was kind of a throwback to Luke on Degobah (sp?) in the tree where he see's himself as Darth Vader but it didn't really add value beyond that call back.

The entire plot line with Finn and Rose could have been left out of the movie and I wouldn't have cared. Hell I would have probably been happier had they left that part out. It was cool to see some new creatures in the casino but it was a throw away sequence where they call Maz Katana for no other reason than she was in the TFA.

There were several moments during the movie where I turned to my dad and just said "WTF". Leia superman flying through space after being blown up, suffocated, and frozen just made me mad. Why didn't they use the other ships running out of fuel as projectiles too? Do ships not have auto pilots? Can droids not pilot capital ships? We saw BB-8 take a walker but C3P0 couldn't have stayed behind so the 2nd in command of your small group that needs every single member they can get doesn't have to die?

The First Order is meant to be this all powerful military force in the galaxy and they clearly have a lot of big toys but they for some reason don't have ships that are fast enough to catch up with the Resistance? In the rest of the movie they're introducing incredibly advanced technology and weapons (hyperspace tracking, dreadnaughts, snoke ship, new ATAT/ATST, etc.). Noticed the Jedi texts on the Falcon at the end when Finn drapes the blanket over Rose?

Some really amazing fight scenes including the opening sequence, Crait, and the throne room with the guards. I really need to go see it a second time to catch some other details before I make a final call on how I feel about it.

3. yoda force ghost
4. when the Resistance ship went to light speed through the other one
5. Luke's jedi mind trick on Crate
6. Little patowam kid on Kanto Bite using the force to do chores. perfect!!!
7. DJ ... he needs to come back pronto!

Cons
1. who the frick is snoke? oh wait, we don't care because he’s dead
2. Flying Leia?? did she take night classes with Luke in the last 30 years?
3. Kanto Bite mission was POINTLESS
4. rey learned the ways of the force in 2 seconds on a rock. uhh ok.
5. the whole "we're almost out of gas" but we still have just enough for the last 2/3 of the movie. lame
6. Blue milk ... gross
7. some of the jokes were bordering on too much. Luke brushing off his shoulder?
