I guess we know why he got hurt in the first place, too much ego lifting, tell your client to drop the weight, focus more on muscle contraction and less on impressing some broads in the Gym .

Hopefully majority of people won’t imitate him. This (assuming it’s true) is a bad example and a bad advertisement. Whoever has experienced this health problem knows how carefully you have to handle with weights. The gym will ruin yourself

I have loosed my confidence . I don't think that I will ever be able to do sports or gym! 😔
