Here are some useful approaches to take on some ACT questions if you get stuck on the test.

27:36 add the two opposite interior angles and it will equal the exterior angle always.

for 14 what you can do is set up: 3c=b
and since its asking whats 3+c in terms of b(basically means substitution if you follow my method) you try to get c by itself so you divide both sides by 3 and get c=b/3 and since you are adding three to c which is b/3 you get b/3 +3
