been doing this with her tiny waist workout every other day and this😭 this workout has some how DISSOLVED my fat that wouldn’t go away with years if hard work and really, hard ab workouts. I am so close to my goal body shape now. I’m still eatting what I used to eat, no diet changes. I can’t believe that all I needed was a 6 min video! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Ok but this actually works I’ve been trying to find a workout to get me a flat stomach so afterwards I can do a small waist workout and this is really giving me the results I want and pretty fast! Just look at ur stomach in the mirror and ask urself do u really wanna keep wishing u had a flat stomach and not do anything about it? THEN PLAY THIS VIDEO AND WORK DAT STOMACH❤️💗❤️

I’m going to update Y'all for the next two weeks with this workout and the Kendall Jenner ab workout! I’m a teenager and I’m kinda thin but I have some lower stomach fat and I really wanna get more toned and I have “thicker” thighs, so I hope to loose that!! I’m not lying I’ll keep y’all updated each day!!
Day 1: My abs feel really tight and I’m tired but those ab workouts seem really efficient and effective

Day 2: I can see a slight difference in my abs. Not too drastic but honestly this workout is super hard!!! But it works

Day 3:Everyday I can definitely see my stomach getting more toned and I can say I do already see a slight difference! During the plank jumps my ankles started hurting and they still do so be careful of that.

Day 4:I had a bit of a cheat day today oops 🙊 workout was good today but I do realize that everyone’s body is different but I’m sure it will work on anyone!

Day 5:I have to say the cardio workout is harder than the Kendall Jenner workout but I think the cardio workout does way more cause my abs always feel super tight after the cardio workout but the Kendall Jenner not as much! But they both do help you get abs

Day 6:not much changes today. Still challenging! also almost halfway through!!

Day7: Halfway through and I definitely think my abs are more toned and my legs have a bit of a thigh gab as well!!👍🏻

Day8:My lower legs have gained more muscle and my abs aren’t at all like a six pack but a they are toned(similar to Gaby’s)so if u want a six pack in like 2 weeks you probably won’t achieve it with this workout but you will get very toned abs for sure😁

Day 9: 9 days ago I didn’t have any abs or definition and I was a bit insecure abt it but now I feel like I can be proud with my toned stomach and not nearly as insecure

Day 10: since day one there definitely is a huge difference in my abs and my thighs! I’m super happy so far.😋

Day11: i skipped yesterday but i did it today and I’m glad these abs aren’t temporary!!

Day 12: for some reason I’m super sweaty today but I don’t get nearly as tired as I did at the start of the two weeks

Day 13: I noticed that I am getting similar abs to gabby since I first started! I’m super proud and confident and the workouts are getting easier.

Day 14: last day and since the start i did get what i wanted! My legs/thighs have gotten a thigh gab but it is nothing major and would suggest workouts specifically made for thigh gaps and legs but my abs are wayy more toned and have so much more definition! I will probably update in a month because i will still do these daily so hopefully this helped!

Day 23(i think) my abs are wayyyy more toned and I got rid of that extra stomach fat! I have wayyyy better abs than day 1 so I definitely recommend this!!!! Even for thighs and legs I would recommend this just for a subtle yet amazing difference!

Day 100(idk lmao) so i have switched workouts since then i like to do the full summer body 14 minute workout and ik its longer but its perfect for the summer body you need and you can get fast results. i have a toned stomach and legs and butt from that workout but i definitely feel like my body will always change as I am still young and not a totally developed woman. My tips are to try different workouts and see what workouts make you the most happy with your results! Drink lots of water!!! Honestly I don’t even have a specific diet, what I suggest is stay away from eating too much fast food and try and get some yummy nutritious foods in you! I’m not talking bout the gross Veggies and boring salads, I’m talking real foods like butter chicken, healthy non greasy pizza, BAKED foods NOT FRIED! You can eat healthy but not be miserable! But ofc cheat days are always acceptable here and there lol!🤣

Day 700: ahah, It’s been over two years later and I’m sorry that this comment is so long but I just want to say that I have switched up my ab workouts as I have gone through a bit more puberty and stuff. I have tried many many workouts(almost all gaby’s workouts and they DO work). It’s sometimes hard to keep up doing them but they are short and effective. Ty to all those who have liked and supported me! Everyone of you are all beautiful and wonderful! Be confident in your own skin! #girlpower🥰

UPDATE!! I did intense ab workout for almost two months. Last 2 weeks I also added this cardio and 80 crunches per day (no rest days or special diets) I got similar abs as Gabriella and I am so happy!!! Thanks Gaby for so much motivation during workout!! . I wouldn't survive first week's without her motivating ❤️

this workout is the one that worked the fastest for me. i do lots of gabriella’s workouts and they works they would just take like 2 weeks this legit took 2 days. and i’m on day 3 and see a HUGE difference my stomach is so much flatter

Then this really works dude i have been doing something like same exercise of her previous videp i saw difference in 3 days but i controlled my diet no junk foods and lots of water bit male sure you warm up before or ypu might hurt yourself thank you 😋

Day 1:Almost died and now im sweeting lile a pig and I took so many breaks😂😂

Day 7:Still hard to do but it’s easier than the first time.I don’t see a difference see in 60 days

Day 15:still a fat ass....mayb I should try eating healthy 😂🤣wish me luck

LISTEN: I did a lot of her workouts, but I keep coming to this one because it helped me the most. My belly fat is gone if do this for another few days. I also do the fast ab workout but the results take longer to show, but I can feel them. I love u gabbie!!
