Υπέροχο κέικ αφράτο, με ωραία μυρωδικά και με ένα γλάσο που απογειώνει την γεύση του!!! Τα υλικά είναι απλά και η εκτέλεσή του πανεύκολη αφού το μόνο που θα χρειαστούμε είναι ένα μπολ και έναν αυγοδάρτη...Γενικά τα λαχανικά έχουν αρχίσει και μπαίνουν στα γλυκά, όπως το παντζάρι, το κολοκύθι, η πατάτα και το καρότο φυσικά. Μπορείς να φτιάξεις καταπληκτικά κέικ με τα λαχανικά αφού γίνονται ελαφρώς πιο ζουμερά από τα κλασικά και αυτό λόγω των υγρών που έχουν τα λαχανικά. Το κέικ που επέλεξα να σας φτιάξω γίνεται πολύ-πολύ αφράτο, νόστιμο και εξαιρετικά αρωματικό!!! Σας έπεισα να το φτιάξετε?
