Randall Carlson has done a good job by combining the data available in all subjects to formulate his theory or findings to explain the phenomenon of connection between past and present happenings.

Great floods have changed the flow of living beings from growth to extinction. This is evident from mythological and historical narration.

We feel uncomfortable even now also in spite of his theory or findings. Though We may feel his findings are good and try to solve many mysteries through his linking them to geometry, still some more explanation is needed to clear all mysteries surrounding the archielogical evidence and living pattern of ancient and present times.

Methodology in research involves collection of data from all sources and classification of that data and analysis of data and formulation of hypothesis and verification of that hypothesis.

Each researcher has his own way of selection of data and classification of that data and analysis of data and formulation of hypothesis and verification of hypothesis. It depends on his intelligence, past experience and inclination to the subject.
So all researcher need not to arrive at the same conclusion. The reason is they might have ignored some data from that of others and may have added some other data which others might have ignored.

So what I feel is some more dedicated researchers are needed to do research as per their own way. If all do research as per their own specialisation in their subjects and their own experience then we may have additional information to proceed further and carry forward the results of research to further heights.

We need to understand mythology of different civilizations and mix them so that some general similarities found in all civilizations are recorded to formulate a hypothesis that is common to all civilizations.
