Well with both of my exes, they weren’t very empathetic when I cried. And I think it’s because they had past experiences where their exes weaponized their tears and manipulated them. It made me super sad because I always tried to explain that I genuinely felt that way and I wasn’t trying to manipulate. Most men nowadays just don’t believe in tears anymore.

Apparently its a common thing in narcissists, i just thought wtf...
It was really gross.... your boyfriend hurts you greatly, you express the amount of hurt and cry while doing so and he either goes from calm to angry as fuck, or tries to take your clothes off.
While still lying to you on top of it!

Well... I'm a woman and if I saw anyone crying, including my partner, my response wouldn't be getting aroused, it would elicit another kind of feelings, like compassion, perhaps feeling bad because I can't help them etc...
