BLENDER TIP: ARRAY BOLTS IN A CIRCLE

There are many methods to get objects around a circle. This method uses bolts arrayed around a pipe using an EMPTY.

I dont get my bolts to array after i choose empty I have the array on object offset relative is clicked off..the bolts dont array when i rotate the empty they stay at the same place as the original im using blender 3.4
