Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate | Time Remapping - Slow Motion Tutorial

The Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate time remapping speed slow motion tutorial. This time remapping speed slow motion tutorial for Pinnacle Studio 21 will show you how to create slow motion and fast motion video and change the speed of your videos using Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate. This complete tutorial from PinnacleStudioPro provides step by step instructions on how to ramp up or ramp down speed using keyframes / key frames and the time remapping tool. To access the time remapping feature select a clip on the timeline, then go to Editor & Time Remapping. You can choose between Anchor Frame and Stretch. When you select anchor frame when the clip is trimmed on the timeline, the speed will be adjusted so that whatever you choose as the anchor frame remains at the same position on the timeline. If stretch is selected when the clip is trimmed on the timeline, the speed will be adjusted so that the first frame and the last frame are always at the start and end of the clip.

Great video Maliek. I use the Timeline remapping to speed up portions of our ATV ride videos where we have a few units and they are covering a flat ride area. Removes some of the boring parts yet leaves in the riders and their units.

DUDE!!!! Everytime I try to slow down or modify the speed in anyway, it crashes. HELP!!! What is the glitch?

Hi, I would like to ask a question here - whenever I try to apply "Time Remapping" on an already trimmed clip (usually I do cuts from soccer game that means the source video has length of slightly above 45 minutes), the editor never reflects the trimming and show me length of the whole source clip -> this is completely useless :-/ I am using PS21U. Any hint would be appreciated.

My audio is being sped up making me sound a bit like a chipmunk. Video doesnt even enter into it yet. It's meant to be a music video for youtube. My song is in the key of 'D' when it is imported. Once in my Pinnacle library it is now in 'Eb'. Do I have a Timeline setting wrong? Time remapping allows me to restore (at 92%) to the songs original keybut it adds a crackling sound. I'm quite new to Video editing.
