Zo, rotate your right shoulder over and in front of your body, chest over your toes. Leaning back and standing tall and rotating around your left foot is like holding a spring back against you, not allowing all of your body mass and momentum behind the pitch.

You need to lunge faster but don’t let it ruin your form

I think you need to lengthen your arm on your release. The load up looks good but then when you actually throw the ball you short arm it.

You need to use your hips and your front foot to bring your momentum forward, you're relying on your arm too much, use your body to fall forward

try making a snake with your hands. point the ball away from you as opposed to keeping it stiff and pointing straight the whole time. it’s how i learned to throw harder as a kid :)
