THANK GOD SOMEONE FINALLY DID THIS VIDEO, LABELED IT CORRECTLY, USED ACTUALY FACTS AND THINGS THAT WOULD OF INTEREST AND IMPORTANCE TO THE VIEWER, AND WASN'T HOCKING SOMETHING. I am at a point of either needing to GET RID of Adobe from my life, to save my sanity from the sheer amount of incompetence I experiance every time I try to get ANY information about ANY of software or apps that I'm PAYING for. No matter how long I wait to cool down from the last time, how big of a smile I cram on my mug and how much "smile" I cram I force by vocal cord to exude, against their will.

I think you've done a fair assessment of the two. I've been a PD user since 014 and am of the opinion that PD has about 85% of the capabilities of Prem Pro. With their subscription based option they also include PhtooDirector, ColorDirector, and AudioDirector. Would love to be able to get After Effects, but that's a different story.

I have Cyberlink Power Director 17 and have been considering switching over to Adobe Premiere Pro but I'm having a difficult time justifying the $50
a month or whatever it is for Adobe. I've recently been working on my channel and my content and I don't want to spend a couple years or more with
Cyberlink all for me to finally decide that it's not the right choice for me long term. I'm not that good with Cyberlink since I've barely messed with it
despite owning it for years.. I just don't want to find out years from now that I should've made the decision to switch to Adobe sooner. I really hate the
fact that I can't just buy Adobe outright! The monthly subscription thing is stupid! As an option rather than buying it outright? Sure.. but to have no
option to buy Adobe outright is terrible and I'm sick of all these software companies that keep pulling this subscription based service BS!

Power director 2024 is the worst version to date of Cyberlink, It is terribly slow, poorly optimized, impractical, I had a 4.5 Mhz machine with 24GB SSD and I couldn't work comfortably, previous version works 10 times better, GUI is a step backwards, which is impractical, and slows down the work even more, I think they should eliminate this version
