for the one that doesnt have any file in regback (empty). try check your hardisk volume, maybe the bootable drive had changed from letter C to another letter (E: or F: or anything). Also the other drives have changed to C. "Inaccessible boot device" means there is no boot files in the C. so you need to swap those volume's letter

1. when blue screen it will restart and running diagnostic. wait until there appear "restart and advanced settings"
2. choose advance setting, then find command prompt
3. it will show Disk X. Type "diskpart"
4. then type list volume. this will show your volume list (Drive C:, D:, E: so on). check if the drives' letter had changed
5. type "select volume (volume that you wnat to change, 0 or 1 or 2 or 3 or so on)"
6. type "assign letter=C (type C if you want to make the bootable drive back to letter C)
7. finish, then type exit.
8. restart

if that recipe doesnt work, try again but DO NOT RESTART. Just exit then find access to safe mode. check if your drives have already back to normal then restart.

today i just have the same issue, and solved it by myself with those instruction.

Idk what the hell I did but I FIXED IT.
I changed the SATA setting from INTEL (blablabla),
to the other option which was AHCI.

Thanks A LOT bro

I have a HDD. After cleaning my PC I ran into "inaccessible boot drive" problem. After watching your video I had an idea.
I changed from Intel optane to AHCI and legacy first. It worked like a charm!

I did all that advanced option thing after restarting PC on command shell. Didn't work on any method but this simple thing worked only cause I got the idea from this vid... Thanks a lot!

It turns out that my Lenovo V330-14ikb SATA Controller mode changed to RST instead of AHCI after BIOS update. Switching back to AHCI solves the problem. Thanks for giving me hint about what to do.

I have the Lenovo ideapad 320, if someone is in the same situation as me the instructions are this .
Check in the left side a hidden button next to the sd card reader and press with the laptop shutdown .
Then start the bios and change the sata controller for Intel RST Premium
In Boot mode : Legacy Support
Boot Priority : Legacy First
Legacy : First the Windows Disk
Os Optimized Defaults : Enabled
Exit Saving Changes
That's work for me

I’ve got a bad 12 volts power cable (Led power).
Blue screen apper, corrupted file…but all the rest OK…?
Take me almost 6 month to figure out when that cable was making some short circuit.
