If theres one thing Ive learned on this channel is that if you have a painspot gentle training on that problem usually helps reducing/curing that problem.

Ive implemented a bunch of these exercises into my routines and they have helped ALOT.

Also helped me pushing past some "locks" Ive struggled with for some time.

Im a chiro student and he makes a great point, too many ppl think that going to a chiro and getting an adjustment will fix their problem, sadly too many chiros sell this too, there is no 1 minute fix you need to put the work in between treatments

The TRUTH is that rehab programs or protocols usually/should include teaching people how to CONTINUE care of their own bodies so that they don’t regress. There is NO “cure all/you’ll feel better for the rest of your life” adjustment or exercise or strengthening workout” it’s a constant battle to stay healthy.

My friend had a chiropractic "adjustment" and spent the next few months walking with a cane bent over unable to stand up in extreme pain. Before that, he was a flag football athlete in his 40s

Oh what I would give to have an assessment with you!! I’ve been struggling with knee/back/neck pain for months, been to two physio therapists and still no one has been able to help me!

Physio therapy will overtake chiropractic and osteopathy …as they really don’t work very well but for years we’re the only professions to advertise relief from back pain

Getting cracked is great, but it's just mobilizing you. If you continue to do the thing that made the instability or tightness, be that movement or lack there of, the issue will pop right back up.

As a retired osteopath if a patient needed constant adjustments then I wouldn't be doing my job correctly. Rehab is always needed.

I’ve been doing those exercises for years after going to physio. Problem is that I still have the shoulder imbalances regardless. The side that is more problematic is also the side that’s stronger in these exercises too.

Man, I wish I had this Dr for my knee problems... it would be nice to do some stretching & exercises instead of surgery.

Hola maestro soy argentino y veo tus videos son muy interesantes porque nos enseñas nuestro cuerpo como trabaja y las lesiones que podemos tener. Trato de entender viéndolo porque no entiendo tu idioma pero logro entender lo que quieres explicar con la imagen. Igual te queria pedirte un subtítulo en castellano si puede ser. Saludos
