If a axe will shave you the bevel is to thin and it will chip and the edge will roll

before your vandalism, the edge of Mini Hatchet had a beautiful convex surface

Axes are not for cutting sheets of paper or shaving arms. I would have gone for a pair of scissors and a razor.

Can you sharpen knives with that stone?

The sheath has a fillet of leather sandwiched between the outer s so the blade does not come into contact with the rivets. This guy is no expert.
