You should do Wondertrade, Soaring innthe sky is the same thing as random encounter but flying

Also for next hunting method use soaring in the sky I have never seen that one before.

I use NTR CFW and ORAS random plg for fully random Pokémon. I found a shiny Shaymin in 197 encounters.
