How to install MinGW using MSYS2.

For those who are waiting for new opengl tutorials: new videos are coming soon, but they will not be a continuation of the old video, I will make a new video series from the beginning because I have already stopped using many of the methods I used in the old video.

If you want to use the mingw64 environment, remove the word "ucrt" from the package names (for example "mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain" instead of "mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-toolchain") and use the mingw64 terminal. Also make sure to add the bin folder of the correct environment to the PATH variable.
