heyy instead of the setup a zip file gets downloaded in my laptop. it has windows 11 installed in it still i cant install mingw in it. can u please solve this problem.

This is the 32 bit version, not the 64 bit version. Why does this have to be so unnecessarily complex??? I want specifically the 64 bit version and this is not it
