Heya, Pat. What an awesome show! Useful, helpful, and informative. Not likely to make it to a live show 'cos 3 am in Aoteaora New Zealand is 'go to sleep!' time. :-) Anyway on the topic of camera presence, what's your advice on non-verbal gestures when actively listening to another while in a live video chat? I noted your advice on eyes and mouth - what about voice? The ah-ha, mmm, ri...ght, and oh yes. In real life that stuff gets absorbed, what say you about how it translates across video or rather to make sure it translates well across video?
