It’s morty’s chamber in the vault but you don’t have to catch morty if you don’t want to so it’s not missing a boss it’s just Morty has 2 options to him you can either capture him
Or let him go he doesn’t really harm Luigi. Basically morty isn’t required to be captured in order to win the game.

Aww it’s another Clairvoya, at least he was just surprised, not so much upset Luigi betrayed him like that, instead achieved for finishing that film, and Luigi himself clearly shows he was reluctant capturing him.
