I got this issue when I disable the waves music service from startup in taskbar.


It takes too much memory and my laptop get slower .The issue will reappear if I disabled it again ...
What can I do about this.. can't I just delete the waves music software from my laptop ..
It was pre-installed so I'm scared something might go wrong.
My laptop is slower rght now ..
Any Idea?

Mine keeps showing that headphones not plugged in when obviously it is.
If I restart the computer with the heaphones plugged it they will work. But if I unplug them and plug them again they're not detected and won't work.

So I got on the troubleshooting part and I still got no devices installed and so I picked the option where I can't hear anything and troubleshooting process was done saying restart the computer after it was restarted I got nervous beacuse of the blackscreen only and manually off and on the power button and yes it worked! Hope this helps 😊 got me more than 1 hr of trying 😅

I use my Xbox headset and it works fine when I’m on the Home Screen in windows but when I open a game the audio goes very muffled

I cant understand. If I connect my USB headset, it would regonized as Speaker but if I connect a Splitter Headset it work normally as headphone... What is the problem there?
I tried all this thing on the video but nothing work. And no, both headphone are good cuz in my PC work well but in the laptop doesnt work. And no, the laptop is ok, its a pretty new one MSI Katana (4 months old)
