1. Be as passionate as you can, borderline mad.2. Have a vision (that will take time while you practice).3. Make at least 3 to 5 shorts a year.4- Read a lot. Without culture, ideas might come or will take time to come.5-Work extremely hard.6-Read about it, talk about it, drink about it, shit about it. 24/7.7- Select a nice wall at home where you pin your rejection letters.8- Be disciplined.9- Watch pivotal films that have changed cinema's course.10 If you are in it for the money, quit right now.
