Thats all there's is? Is there other coils involved or that is it. My car was running a little rough i changed the spark plugs because the engine light was on. I took it to the mechanic and told me it was the coils and charged me $375. dollars for everything. Is that the same coils? If it was that i could have done it myself.

After replacing the new coils will that stop the rough sounding noises that are coming from the car. The roughness started 4 days ago after I noticed the misfires. Once I replace them I should be good and back to normal quiet type
