Can I use the same LLC and also the same business account for Amazon or do I need a new business account? I just read requirements for diversity certification in NY State - one included must show you are in business for 1 year. Since I am a new business should I put no in this category and once I am in business for a year can I change this?

However, now I am trying to go back into that account with a different name (same number with the government)and set up a brand registry with my pending trademark but I keep getting denied. I never sold anything but recently activated the account but switched to individual . No listing yet. It would not accept my credit card . Please advise ?

Hi Travis, from Australia. The ABN is our EIN number for the business. Though when setting up a sole proprietor you only have an ABN number, whereas if you set up a company you get something called an ACN number on top as well. Now when inserting the company registration number at the beginning, I assume you want to put the ABN as a sol proprietor, though what if I decide to change my sole proprietor into a company with an ACN number? Can I change this with amazon seller account down the track?
