God, I wish more people were aware of Christianity as Ward interprets it. My life personally has been saved by Jesus, and I feel like I cannot announce it. Too many people think it means I'm anti-gay or a creationist or whatever. Fundamentalism is the "anti-Christ." Ward doesn't go so far, but literally this is true.

Paying the price for ours sins - was very well explained by Mr. Ward. Thanks.

He doesn't minimize sin, he just refuses to deny that God loves a sinful world. His whole point- sin is ugly, living a perfect life gets you killed, and Jesus pays that price for us. Not that God just wanted somebody to die, but that he wanted somebody to perfectly follow love.

we are so blessed to have this wisdom come to us thru Keith Ward, the church has enslaved the population. I was one of the many and i have so much guilt for those whom i have shared this false teaching with and now they are stuck in a false life viewpoint, When I try to awaken them to the truth, they become angry and fearful, thinking I'm speaking blasphemy. the only consolation i can get from this is the reinforcement of the truth thru the fact that the natural laws are indeed fixed. You get what you sew or Karma and this has been the spiritual lesson I've learned. All people must seek for their own understanding thru their own experience. To look within, and find what they are looking for and not to look unto a different man to tell them

Very good explanation on the errors of Sola Scripture. Thank you.

Very impressive . Humble piety grounded in God-given reason which is fruitfully applied to objectively evaluating the meaning of sacred Scripture through understanding the cultural, historical, and idiomatic context of its content . One of the very best contemporary apologists .

Great material, but the title, Tearing Fundamentalism Apart, could've been worded a bit less abrasive, particularly if we desire for fundamentalists to be more willing to learn from these videos.

I find it amazing that Keith Ward doesn't at all engage with Romans and Hebrews on the issue of atonement. I also find it amazing that he throws out the wrath of God against sin, which is so prevalent in Romans. The demonising of fundamentalists is also a concern, they may not be right about everything, but they are faithful Christians who love God and should be treated with more respect that what Keith Ward is showing here.

Keith Ward made some good points in Part 1 when discussing inerrancy, but in part Part 2 he really didn't characterize fundamentalists fairly and his wishy-washy feel good theology seemed very at odds with the over all tone of Jesus and the bible.

bible is full of complex sentences.  anyone who wants to study nature of God should see Jer 11-11 and Isa 66_4. to assume God forgives easily is also against the drama of real life. slaughter of israel by romans shows us God does not forgive. mega slaughter promised by four horsemen of doom is part of same bible. Isa 66-16 and Isa 66-19 talks about slaughter not forgiveness
