Nokoss is that one all purpose seasoning that I must have on hand throughout the week. It is a sure way to enhance the flavour of your meals and provides the added herby freshness to your stews , marinades, sauces and stirfrys. Trsditionally Nokoss is prepared by bringing all the ingredients together with rhytmic beats of a mortar and pestle. In this recipe I utilise my trusted blender and prepare a large batch in a few short minutes. I hope you enjoy this recipe and don't forget to share it with your friends and family.

Ingredients :
Parsley
Leek
Shallot
Spring onion
White onion
Sweet pepper
Habanero
Head of garlic
Fresh thyme
Celery
Black peppercorns
Course sea salt
Olive oil

*adjust the ingredients to fit the quantity you desire to make.
