I'm a sniper main kind of guy and my favorite melee weapons are folding knife, prizefighters, and assault knife they're a good choice if u want to start sniping

I think there's two additional stats we might need to consider, hit registration time and radius (idk what to call them). Time is referred to how long the animation is considered a hit, nunchucks and machete for example can sometimes unexpectedly kill someone when you feel like it shouldn't because of the animation. Radius is referred to, well, the radius of effect, the Axe and Katana was OP partly because they had a large radius of effect, while the sickle and the shovel are fairly narrow.

if you are in a 1v1 against other melees you can always trick them with the shovel hit registration lasting way too long

Yes, I would love to equip pistols and melee in my loadouts. But, I can't because every match I play, people be spamming scorestreaks, one after another. So, no choice but to equip FHJ in each of my loadouts. It gets so frustrating and tired when enemy had to deploy chopper gunner and yet no one is able shoot it down because everyone is running either katana, boxing gloves or machete.

Glow stick. Fastest raise time, relatively fast drop time, pretty much 0 noise

Tips for melee users from a melee user




Axe have the fastest movement speed and one of the longest range with 1.8 - 2m but have one of the most slowest raise time and hit registration of 450ms, it only works for rushing. Bat have similar stats.

Shovel have fast movement speed, the longest range with 2m and slow raise time but the hit delay is 500ms which is half a second, so you need better timing.

Knife/Base melee have normal movement speed, decent raise time, a range of 1m and 150 ms hit registration delay, so it's good for a secondary.
Sickle have similar stats

Prizefighter have slower atk spd than the kali sticks but it is more comfortable especially when facing multiple enemies at once.

Nunchucks, wrench and machete have almost the same stats.

I like the katana for being able to end close quarter fights without relying on barrel stuffing. Boxing gloves are very good because they make no sound when you swap with gloves. I can hear a sniper coming when they swap to there karambit or assualt knife and can immediately start pre aiming them.

the assault knife and nunchuks is the best for me
